Enhancement on Application Service for “Certificate of Non-Bankruptcy”

The Official Receiver’s Office has enhanced the e-Services System regarding the application service for a “Certificate of Non-Bankruptcy” (“the Certificate”). With effect from 16 January 2026, members of the public whose applications have been accepted can download the Certificate with an e-Proof QR code via GovHK onto their personal electronic devices (including mobile phones).

Relevant parties can verify the Certificate by scanning the QR code displayed on the Certificate via the e-Proof website if necessary.
