Important Notice to Tenderers

1. Read carefully the contents of the Tender Documents which differ from previous tenders;
2. DON’T only submit the Quotation Sheet. A complete tender submission should include all the items detailed in the Notes for Tenders. Non-compliance with this requirement may result in your submission being disqualified; and
3. In your own interest, use a blank envelope which does not have the name of your firm printed on it for enclosing tenders.

• For procurement exercises to be invited from 1 June 2025 onwards, the Government will fully adopt electronic means in making payments to suppliers and will no longer provide the option of physical cheques. In addition to bank transfer, suppliers may also receive government payments via the Faster Payment System (FPS) by providing “HKID” or “FPS identifier” to procuring departments. Procurement exercises invited before 1 June 2025 will not be affected by this new measure.
