If a debtor wishes to use the service for any session, he/she can use online booking service to book an appointment. Alternatively, he/she can register in person at our public counter before or during that session time (subject to availability of quota).

[Note: In addition to the attestation service for debtor's bankruptcy petition, for any affidavit required by any Ordinance to be made before or produced or delivered to or filed with the Official Receiver, please contact responsible case officers (click here) to make an appointment in advance and confirm the time and place for making the oath/affirmation.]
