Upon a debtor’s bankruptcy petition presented in March 2020, a bankruptcy order was made against the Defendant in May 2020.

The relevant period of the Defendant was extended by an Order dated 18 July 2025. As an undischarged bankrupt in May 2025, he failed to submit to the trustee-in-bankruptcy the Annual Statement of Earnings and Property Acquired on the 5th anniversary date of the bankruptcy order.
