Upon a debtor’s bankruptcy petition presented in October 2024, a bankruptcy order was made against the Defendant in November 2024.
Upon investigation, it was discovered that in or about July 2024, the Defendant received from a provider of mandatory provident fund schemes a sum of HK$75,703.20 being the accrued benefits of her mandatory provident fund.
The Defendant made a material omission by failing to disclose the said sum in the Statement of Affairs.
