Upon a debtor’s bankruptcy petition presented in September 2023, a bankruptcy order was made against the Defendant in October 2023.

During the investigation, the Defendant denied the existence of any transfer of his landed property. However, it was discovered that the Defendant transferred the ownership of his landed property to other person in July 2022.

The Defendant failed to fully and truly discover to the Trustee his disposal of the landed property.
