Upon a debtor’s bankruptcy petition presented in January 2024, a bankruptcy order was made against the Defendant in March 2024.
The Defendant failed to keep and/or preserve proper books of account in relation to his business operated during the period in the 2 years preceding the bankruptcy petition. He was convicted by his own guilty plea.
