Upon a debtor’s bankruptcy petition presented in September 2023, a bankruptcy order was made against the Defendant in October 2023.

The Defendant obtained credits from various financial institutes in an aggregate amount of about HK$361,500 during the bankruptcy period without first disclosing his undischarged bankruptcy status. A total of 7 summonses were issued against the Bankrupt. He was convicted by his own guilty plea.
