電子提交系統（私營機構從業員入門網站）

繼破產管理署電子提交系統(「該系統」)第一階段於2023年12月29日成功推出後，我們很高興公布，該系統第二階段已於2025年7月14日正式推出。

為配合「數字政府」的倡議，新階段進一步擴展數碼服務的範圍，為所有持份者，包括公眾人士、債權人及私營機構從業員，提供更高效率和便利的服務。

該系統的私營機構從業員入門網站經優化後新增更多功能，讓私營機構從業員可根據以下條例，以電子方式向破產管理署提交各類表格及相關文件：

Compiling and submitting Form B1/B2/B3 of bankruptcy cases;
Compiling and submitting Form D1/D2 of liquidation cases;
Compiling and submitting accounts of bankruptcy cases and liquidation cases;
Compiling and submitting monthly returns of cases administered by private insolvency practitioners;
Compiling and submitting documents collected at preliminary examinations of bankrupts;
Notifying ORO of the intention to apply for release for bankruptcy cases and liquidation cases, and
Retrieving detailed ledgers and proof of debt indexes on a need basis.
