Important Notice to Tenderers

3. DON’T only submit the Tender Submission in the last page of Annex A. A complete tender submission should include all the items detailed in the Notes for of Tenders. Non-compliance with this requirement may result in your submission being disqualified; and
4. In your own interest, use a blank envelope which does not have the name of your firm printed on it for enclosing tenders.
